This is such a unique podcast! I’ve listened to others that cover similar topics but none quite in this way. I love how Sheena and Monique are so honest in their conversations with us and how they tie in the spiritual element — it really enhances the value of their message and the key takeaways from this show. Highly recommend whether you’re a woman striving for personal growth, seeking unfiltered advice and inspiration, or you simply want to be entertained!

I love how uplifting this podcast is! It is worth the listen if ever you want to help get the gumption to change or just know you are enough.

This show works hard to motivate you, and Monique speaks from the heart and experience. I wish it were a bit tighter (less rambling) and more focused on practical advice but those who want an empathetic voice who encourages you will appreciate the show.

Monique is smart and her episodes are thought provoking. She sounds like someone I would want as a friend. The one I would call when I was struggling with a major life choice and needed some straight up facts to help guide me.

It appears that I’ll be the first one leaving a review for your podcast. Having a podcast myself, I know the blood, sweat and tears and the work and labor that goes into the podcast. Here’s what I like about your podcast so far your topics have been interesting and thoughtful and good topics. It also appears that your audience or demographic is that of women. I believe that you will be able to build an audience of women. If you continue along your path a couple of suggestions would be maybe a little intro at the beginning about what your podcast is about maybe some music currently you do not have an intro or any type of bumper music I also think having some guests on to talk to about these topics I’m going to give you five stars for your first review think about putting a little bit more effort into the structure, the intro and the content and how to keep your audience engaged
